CHEMOSISS APP respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how GoalPulse Live (“the App”) handles information when you use the application.

By using GoalPulse Live, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

GoalPulse Live provides football scores, fixtures, results, standings, league information, match details, and related football information.

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, physical address, date of birth, or payment information.

The current version of the App does not intentionally collect or store personally identifiable information on our own servers.

2. Internet and Network Access

GoalPulse Live requires an internet connection to retrieve football information such as:

• Live match information
• Fixtures
• Match results
• League information
• Standings
• Team information
• Competition information
• Football images and related sports data

The App uses the following Android permissions:

• Internet access – required to download football information.
• Network state access – used to determine whether an internet connection is available.

These permissions are used only to provide and maintain the App's online football features.

3. Football Data Provider

GoalPulse Live retrieves football and sports information from third-party sports-data services, including TheSportsDB.

When the App communicates with a third-party service, certain standard technical information may automatically be received by that service, such as:

• IP address
• Request information
• Device/network connection information
• Date and time of a request
• Standard server log information

Such information is handled according to the privacy practices and terms of the relevant third-party service.

GoalPulse Live and CHEMOSISS APP do not control the independent privacy practices of third-party data providers.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

Some information may be stored locally on your Android device to improve your experience.

This may include:

• Favorite teams or matches
• Cached football schedules and match information
• App preferences
• Appearance or theme preferences

This information is stored locally within the App's private storage and is not intentionally uploaded by CHEMOSISS APP to our own servers.

You can remove locally stored information by clearing the App's data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App.

5. Advertising

The current version of GoalPulse Live does not include third-party advertising SDKs.

If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated where necessary.

6. Analytics and Tracking

The current version of GoalPulse Live does not include Firebase Analytics or another dedicated third-party analytics SDK.

We do not intentionally use the App to track your activity across other apps or websites.

7. Location Information

GoalPulse Live does not request precise or approximate device location permission.

The App does not intentionally access GPS location information.

8. Camera, Microphone, Contacts and Files

GoalPulse Live does not currently request access to your:

• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• SMS messages
• Call logs
• Precise location
• Stored photographs or videos

The App requests only the permissions necessary for its football information and network functionality.

9. Device Identifiers

The current version of GoalPulse Live does not intentionally collect advertising IDs or other persistent advertising identifiers through an advertising or analytics SDK.

Normal internet communication with external servers may still involve technical network information required to establish and secure the connection.

10. Sharing of Information

CHEMOSISS APP does not sell users' personal information.

Because the App connects to external football-data services, technical information necessary to complete internet requests may be transmitted to those services.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law, legal process, regulation, or a valid governmental request.

11. Data Retention

Information such as favorites, cached match data and preferences may remain on your device while the App is installed.

Because GoalPulse Live does not require an account and does not intentionally maintain personal user profiles on our own servers, there is normally no GoalPulse Live account information for users to request that we delete.

You can remove locally stored App data by:

1. Open your Android device Settings.
2. Select Apps.
3. Select GoalPulse Live.
4. Select Storage.
5. Choose Clear Data or Clear Storage.

Uninstalling the App also removes locally stored application data, subject to Android system behavior and any device backup settings controlled by the user.

12. Data Security

CHEMOSISS APP takes reasonable steps to design GoalPulse Live in a manner that limits unnecessary access to user information.

However, no internet transmission, computer system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should keep their Android devices and operating systems appropriately secured and updated.

13. Children's Privacy

GoalPulse Live is a general football information application.

The App does not knowingly request children to submit personal information and does not provide user accounts, private messaging, dating, gambling, or social-networking functionality.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected improperly through a feature under our control, we will take reasonable steps to address the issue.

14. External Links

Some App functions may open external services, including Google Play.

When you leave GoalPulse Live and access another website, application, or service, that third party's privacy policy and terms apply.

We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any external service you use.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

CHEMOSISS APP may update this Privacy Policy when GoalPulse Live's functionality, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices change.

When significant changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will contain a revised effective date.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

16. Your Privacy Choices

You may:

• Stop using the App at any time.
• Remove the App from your device.
• Clear locally stored App information through Android Settings.
• Control internet connectivity through your device settings.
• Contact CHEMOSISS APP regarding privacy questions or concerns.
